How to Generate a GST Invoice

  1. Business Details: Go to the Business tab and fill in your business name, address, state, GSTIN, and bank details.
  2. Create Invoice: Click "New Invoice" — enter invoice number, date, and customer details.
  3. Add Items: Add line items with description, HSN/SAC code, quantity, rate, and GST rate. The calculator handles CGST/SGST/IGST automatically.
  4. Place of Supply: Select the customer's state — this determines whether CGST+SGST or IGST applies.
  5. Preview & Print: Click "Preview Invoice" to review, then "Print" to save as PDF or print.

Indian GST invoices require: supplier details, GSTIN, invoice number, date, place of supply, itemized list with HSN/SAC, tax breakdown, and total in words.
