5.5. Data Stored in Products
Our products (invoice generator, CRM, budget planner, etc.) are browser-based tools with an important distinction:
- Data you enter in our products is stored in your browser's localStorage — on your own device.
- This data never reaches our servers. We have no access to anything you create, save, or enter inside our tools.
- Clearing your browser data or switching browsers deletes your tool data permanently. There is no server-side backup.
- No cloud sync is provided for tool data — with one exception: the AI Resume Builder uses server-side quota tracking (see Section 6.5 below).
In short: your data stays with you, always.
6. Cookies
We use the following cookies:
- Essential cookies: Required for site functionality (session, preferences).
- Analytics cookies: Google Analytics (_ga, _gid) to understand visitor behavior. These can be disabled via your browser settings.
No third-party advertising cookies are used on this site.
6.5. AI Resume Builder Data
The AI Resume Builder is the only product that processes data server-side. Here is exactly what happens:
- Resume content (your work history, education, skills, etc.) is processed via the Google Gemini API to generate your resume. This data is temporarily processed for generation, not stored long-term on our servers.
- Quota usage (how many resumes you've generated) is stored server-side and tied to your email address. This is the only persistent server-side data associated with your tool usage.
- You can request deletion of your quota data anytime by contacting us at adityavanjre280@gmail.com.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We use HTTPS encryption across the site and rely on Razorpay's PCI-compliant payment processing.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict processing of your data.
- Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time.

8.5. Analytics Details
We use Google Analytics (tracking ID: G-M9YM850B05) to understand how visitors interact with our website. Here is what is tracked and what is not:
- Tracked: Page views, session duration, referrer URL, device type, browser, and approximate city-level location.
- Not tracked: No personal identifiers (name, email, phone) are sent to Google Analytics.
- IP anonymization is enabled — your full IP address is never stored by Analytics.
- You can opt out by enabling Do Not Track (DNT) in your browser settings, using an ad blocker, or installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
9. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide services or as required by Indian law. Project-related data is kept for 24 months after project completion for reference purposes. Analytics data is retained for 26 months.
