1. Acceptance
By using klypso.in or purchasing services/products from ADITYA VANJRE (Govt of India MSME Registered Enterprise: UDYAM-KR-12-0061722, Davanagere, Karnataka 577004), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or services.
2. Services
Klypso provides web development, e-commerce development, mobile app development, custom software, UI/UX design, SEO, and digital strategy services. All services are subject to mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and pricing before work begins.
3. Digital Products
Usage rights: Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim authorship of any digital product.
Delivery: Digital products are delivered via two methods: (1) a download/access link sent to your registered email address immediately after successful payment, and (2) persistent access through your account dashboard at klypso.in/orders. Dashboard access uses email + OTP login — no passwords required.
How products work: All product files are static HTML tools that run entirely in your browser. There is no server-side component. Any data you enter into these tools stays in your browser only (via localStorage) and is never sent to our servers.
Free tools: Free products provide unlimited access with no purchase required. You may use them as many times as you wish.
Paid tools: After a one-time payment, you receive lifetime access to the product. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no expiry on your access.
Bundle purchases: A bundle grants access to 3 individual products. Each product in the bundle is opened and used separately. A bug in one product does not affect your access to the other products in the bundle.
3.5. Subscriptions — AI Resume Builder
The AI Resume Builder operates on a quota-based subscription model. The following plans are available:
- Monthly plan: 25 resumes per 30-day cycle. Auto-renews at the end of each cycle.
- Yearly plan: 300 resumes per 365-day cycle.
- One-time plan: 25 resumes with no expiry date. Use them whenever you want.
- Top-Up: Adds +10 resumes to your current quota. Can be purchased alongside any plan.
Quota reset: Your resume quota resets automatically based on your plan cycle (30 days for monthly, 365 days for yearly). One-time plans do not expire.
Cancellation: You may stop auto-renewal of your monthly or yearly plan at any time. Your access and remaining quota continue until the current billing period ends. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining period.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default. International customers are shown prices in USD automatically.
- Currency detection is automatic based on your IP geolocation. You do not need to select a currency manually.
- All prices displayed include applicable taxes (GST for Indian customers).
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and PayPal (credit/debit cards, PayPal balance).
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Existing quotes are valid for 14 days.
5. Project Terms
- A 50% advance is required before work begins on any project.
- The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final delivery/handoff.
- Scope changes after project commencement will be quoted separately and require approval before proceeding.
- Project timelines begin after advance payment is received.
5.5. Account & Access
Account access: Your access to purchased products and subscriptions is tied to your checkout email address. This is the email you provided during payment.
Login method: Login requires your email address and a 6-digit OTP (one-time password) sent to that email. There are no passwords to remember or manage.
Security: Do not share your OTP with anyone. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email address. Anyone with access to your email can log in to your account.
Multiple devices: You can access your purchases from any browser on any device. There is no limit on the number of devices you can use.
No account deletion needed: Since all product data is stored locally in your browser (via localStorage), there is no server-side account data to delete. Your purchase history is linked to your email for access purposes only.
6. Revisions
Standard projects include 2 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Additional revisions are billed separately at an hourly rate. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverable transfers to you. Klypso retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Source code and design files are delivered upon final payment.
8. Cancellation
- Before work starts: Full refund of advance.
- Within first 7 days: 25% of project cost retained.
- After 7 days: Based on work completed to date.
9. Limitation of Liability
Klypso shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9.5. Warranty
- Digital products: 7-day technical bug warranty from the date of purchase. If a verified bug prevents the product from functioning and our support team cannot resolve it within 48 hours, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Web development services: 30-day post-launch bug warranty covering bugs that prevent functionality. This warranty does not cover feature requests, design changes, or new requirements added after launch.
- What is covered: Bugs that break existing functionality (e.g., broken forms, layout errors on supported browsers, JavaScript errors preventing core features).
- What is not covered: Feature requests, cosmetic preferences, browser compatibility beyond the latest 2 versions, or issues caused by third-party services.
10. Third-Party Services
Third-party tools, hosting, domains, and payment gateways are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages or issues from third-party providers.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Davanagere, Karnataka, India.
12. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
