1. Acceptance
By using klypso.in or hiring Aditya Vanjre for services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or services.
2. Services
Aditya Vanjre provides web development, e-commerce development, mobile app development, custom software, UI/UX design, SEO, and digital strategy services. All services are subject to mutual agreement on scope, timeline, and pricing before work begins.
3. Digital Products
Usage rights: Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or claim authorship of any digital product.
Delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically via email or download link immediately after successful payment.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets).
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Existing quotes are valid for 14 days.
- Applicable GST is included in quoted prices where required by Indian law.
5. Project Terms
- A 50% advance is required before work begins on any project.
- The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final delivery/handoff.
- Scope changes after project commencement will be quoted separately and require approval before proceeding.
- Project timelines begin after advance payment is received.
6. Revisions
Standard projects include 2 rounds of revisions at no extra cost. Additional revisions are billed separately at an hourly rate. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverable transfers to you. Aditya Vanjre retains the right to display completed work in his portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Source code and design files are delivered upon final payment.
8. Cancellation
- Before work starts: Full refund of advance.
- Within first 7 days: 25% of project cost retained.
- After 7 days: Based on work completed to date.
9. Limitation of Liability
Aditya Vanjre shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Third-Party Services
Third-party tools, hosting, domains, and payment gateways are subject to their own terms. I'm not responsible for outages or issues from third-party providers.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Davanagere, Karnataka, India.
12. Changes
I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
